"East of Ehlo" is the semi-metaphorical wasteland in which the Cleveland sports fan dwells-- banished from the parade route for 50 years, cursed by illogical loyalty, doomed to cater the feasts of our foes. But on the bright side, the rent is cheap.
As Cleveland Sports sites go, this one is more like a wrinkly old newspaper. Because we're reporting directly from a vast wilderness of ennui, we aren't always on the ball when it comes to live tweeting that Cavs-Bucks game or keeping up with who the Browns' current GM might be. I mean, we give it a shot and all. But these things change like the weather. Who can keep up or even wants to? No, we're more about the nuances-- nostalgia for the past, projections for future nostalgia, confusing statistics, absurd jumps to conclusions aplenty. Lists. We have a lot of lists. Some include Zydrunas Ilgauskas. Some don't.
We're pleased you landed here somehow. And while it would probably be best for your own psychological welfare to leave promptly, we would much prefer you stay and keep us company. "Share" our musings with all your friends and let everyone know that we're trapped here and desperately would like to find our way out before we're even older, bitterer bastards.

"One of the most basic factors in sports is that winning becomes a habit, and losing is the same way. When failure starts to feel normal in your life or your work or even your darkest vices, you won't have to go looking for trouble, because trouble will find you. Count on it."
--Hunter S. Thompson
